Hladni Japonski Udon Rezanci

  • zamrznjeni udon rezanci, 2 gnezdi
  • piščančja prsa, 200 gramov, kuhana in narezana
  • kumara, 1/2, narezana
  • mlada čebula, narezana
  • trdo kuhano jajce
  • češnjev paradižnik ali paprika, narezana
  • opcijsko: kombu alge za barvo, limonin sok in mleti čili


1. Pripravimo udon rezance: zavremo 2l vode, dodamo rezance in kuhamo približno 1-2 minuti. Rezance odcedimo in speremo pod tekočo vodo.

2. Pripravimo juho: zmešamo vse sestavine za juho in mešanico ohladimo.

3. Postrežemo tako, da v sklede najprej razdelimo rezance, ki jih nato prelijemo z juho. V sklede nato naložimo še meso in zelenjavo po izbiri.
