Kitajski Piščanec s Petimi Začimbami

Za 4 osebe



1. V veliki skledi zmešamo šeri, sezamovo olje, mešanico petih začimb in mleti čili.

2. Dodamo piščanca in ga enakomerno natremo. Skledo prekrijemo in pustimo marinirati 15 minut na sobni temperaturi. Me tem piščanca nekajkrat obrnemo. 

3. Pripravimo žar ali ponev. Na srednje močen ogenj položimo piščanca. Prekrijemo in pečemo 20-25 minut oz. dokler najdebelejši del piščanca ne spusti soka, ko ga prebodemo. Med pečenjem piščanca enkrat obrnemo. Ko je pečen ga odstavimo na pladenj.  

4. V majhni posodici zmešamo hoisin omako in sojino omako. Premažemo piščanca in ga vrenemo na žar. Pečemo 4-5 minut oz. dokler ne dobi glazure. Vmes ga enkrat obrnemo. Piščanca položimo na isti pladenj in ga posipamo s sezamom.
