Pomlad nas je obdarila s čudovitimi šparglji in zato, ljudje, uživajmo v njih dokler se stojinice na tržnicah šibijo pod njimi! Ker so zelo nezahtevni in zanje ne porabimo veliko časa, jih lahko pripravimo na tisoč in en način. Mi smo jih ovili v pujskovo srajčico, marinirali v preprosti sojini omaki in popekli na žar plošči. Simpl kot pasulj ampak noro dobro!

Potrebujemo

(za 2 osebi)

  • 250 g špargljev
  • 8 rezin delikatesne slanine z debelino 2-3 mm
  • 40 ml kvalitetne svetle sojine omake
  • 20 ml mirina
  • 2 porciji kratkozrnatega riža
  • črni sezam

Priprava

  1. Šparglje operemo in odlomimo trde dele. 
  2. V globljem krožniku zmešamo sojino omako in mirin.
  3. Snopiče v obliki 3 do 4 špargljev (odvisno od njihove debeline) ovijemo s slanino in jih mariniramo v sojini marinadi približno 10 minut. Šparglje v srajčici na vsake toliko časa obrnemo. 
  4. Pazimo, da nam kuža ne skoči v krožnik.
  5. Kocko masla raztopimo na žar plošči (lahko tudi v navadni ponvi, seveda) in šparglje v srajčici fino zapečemo z vseh strani.
  6. Postrežemo s predhodno skuhanim rižem in potresemo s črnim sezamom. Za intenzivnejši okus slednjega lahko na hitro popražimo ali praženega že kupimo.

Z začimbami se vedno lahko igramo, kar je super zabavno! V marinado lahko na primer dodamo še 1/4 žličke mletega ingverja in mletega česna za še intenzivnejši okus. Ljubitelji pekočega lahko dodamo še par kapljic čilijeve omak'ce ... V vsakem primeruje recept tako enostaven in hiter, da dovoljuje eksperimentiranje v mejah domišljije ustvarjalca.

Aja, pa še predlog: marinado ne rabimo takoj zavreči. Lahko jo spravimo in porabimo v drugi jedi.
